User Obligation Regarding Third-Party Content:

YTDownloadKit does not own, host, or license any third-party video thumbnail images, channel artwork, video titles, or descriptions. All video media accessed through our platform remains the sole copyrighted property of its respective original creator or rights holder.

You agree that:

  1. You will use the Service strictly in compliance with all applicable copyright laws, including Title 17 of the United States Code (Copyright Act) and the Fair Use doctrine (§ 107).
  2. You will not use downloaded thumbnails in a manner that infringes third-party copyright, constitutes deceptive metadata, or violates the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Uses
